Everything Changes
“For I am the LORD, I change not.” (Malachi 3:6)
A few years back when my grandaughter was visiting, we talked about maybe
going swimming. Yes! She was so excited. She couldn’t wait! The next summer when
she was here, we asked if she’d like to go swimming and it was, like - sort of,
ok, whatever…. She was a teenager now, with different interests altogether.
Everything changes. Everything! If you think something is fixed and set, just
give it a little time. It’ll change.
That’s the nature of people. It’s inherent in life. Everything changes.
Relationships are continually shifting. Weather patterns are not the same as
they used to be. Etc etc
Yep, everything changes. Everything - except God. He doesn’t change. Ever.
