Our Wonderful King
“Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be
honour and glory for ever and ever. Amen.” (1 Timothy 1:17 KJV)
Jesus, the Name above all Names! How can I possibly describe in words how
Great Jesus is and how much I love Him? I think about where I was even a
year ago, and I am filled with awe and wonder. The King of Kings Loves me so
much that He completely changed my heart and life and now I am happy and
excited every day.
He not only is my Friend, I have the privilege and honor of being called His
friend. How my heart thrills that one day every knee shall bow and every
tongue shall confess that Jesus is Lord! If ever someone deserved to be
Praised, it is my Best Friend, Jesus.
Do you know this King? Have you been to His Throne Room and knelt in
adoration and praise? One day, He is coming back for us. Are you ready to
meet Him if He comes today? We do not have a guarantee of tomorrow, or even
another hour. Please don’t put it off, invite Jesus, the King of Glory into
your heart and life today.
We are almost into a new year. I can’t think of a better way to start the
new year than to invite the King of Kings into your heart and life. We have
a choice to make. We can choose to serve Jesus, or we can choose to serve
satan, ourselves, and the world. What is your choice?
