Someone Walked Across My Mind
Someone walked across my mind,
reached in and touched my soul;
Where once I was half a person,
now I am whole.
At first it was kind of gentle.......
a tickle.......just a little jolt;
Along the way it picked up speed
just like a lightening bolt.
All at once I was struck so hard,
that it brought me down to my knees;
That's where I found God,
and He spoke these
words to me.
"Child listen......for this is your Father speaking;
Satan moves on in, each time you start to weaken".
"Hold yourself up tall, as a Christian be proud of who you are;
For Lucifer will be waiting........he's never very far.
Oh, but child don't you worry and don't you ever doubt;
For I am even closer, and I will drive him out".
My Savior walked across my mind,
reached in and touched my soul;
He turned this wicked sinner around,
and brought me in from the cold.
Thank you Holy Father,
for never giving up on me;
If you had not come into my life,
only you know where I would be.
