Grandchild
In every life, there is a heartsong . . .
Sometimes, it takes
awhile, for it to come along.
In every heart, there is a smile.
And, sometimes,
it tarries, as we walk the many miles.
In every purpose, there is a season;
And, often, it takes
the hands of Time, to work , until the reason.
But, as we age, and as we gray,
the understanding and
the wisdom, comes along our way.
As towards the golden path we walk,
we are blessed, and never out of style;
for, in that walk, God blesses us with new life renewed.
The gift of love and
devotion, a Grandchild.
