When I think of Calvary
As my pen brings words to life
Be they be many or few
They are brought together
When I think of
Calvary.
'Twas a time of mighty suffering
More so than earthly man can bear
But our Jesus went down that road
Through the pits of
hell for us.
He guides the hand that leads me
Through the spoken word I stand
Proclaiming to the world of a
Savior When I think of
Calvary.
One day at His feet I shall see Him
In His glory that I cannot imagine
I will praise Him forever and ever
For His suffering on
Calvary.
